Yes, they can be, but there is no reason to, as these bag toppers will be folded over the top of your plastic bags and the second side of the bag topper will be unseen.
We print our bag toppers on 350gsm artboard. This is a robust stock that will hold the weight of your items in the bag hanging from them. We also have the ability to apply matt or gloss celloglaze coating to the 350gsm artboard giving them a more luxury look and feel and making them even stronger and more resistant to frayed edges etc...
Yes, for items that need to be hung up on display in a retail environment, we have a custom hole punch for bag toppers based on standard euro style punch. (These are commonly refered to as "Mexican Hat" punch)
Unfortunately not. We cannot provide the clear plastic bags. These are somthing you must source yourself.
