The maximum corflute size is 2400mm x 1200mm, this is the manufactured sheet size of corflute.
However, if you need a larger corflute sign that exceeds the standard full sheet size of 2400mm x 1200mm, there is a way around this.
Say for example a client requires a perfect 2400mm x 2400mm square coreflute sign to cover up an enitre wall. We are able to perform a print based action on our solvent ink printer, that will accurately split and print your artwork across 2 sheets of corflute. Once the 2 sections are printed and delivered to the client, they can simply be stuck together using durable electrical tape or similar, you then have yourself a massive 2400mm x 2400mm coreflute sign!
It really is limitless to the shapes that can be cut out of a corflute sheet. Anything from letters, numbers, human figures, animals, buildings, through to things such as instagram boards.
However, it is advisable to use more rounded shapes rather than sharp intricate shapes when it comes to cutting out corflute.
Due to corflute having the hollow flute internal area, some sharp/pointed shapes can have a less accurate result than a more rounded, less intricate/more simple shape cut.
