They are usually over printed with 1 colour PMS only to keep costs low and consist of a logo and return address details.

DL: 220mm x 110mm
DLX: 235mm x 120mm
C5: 229mm x 162mm
C4: 324mm x 229mmÂ
We have peel n seel or lick n stick seeling method envelopes avaiable for printing.
Peel n seel are ideal if you are manually inserting items into the envelopes, whilst lick n stick are necessary for larger scale mail outs that require a folding and inserting machine. Folding and inserting machines pull through a printed letter or promotional item, insert them into the envelope, then use a moisture releasing brush to wet the seel and close them shut.
It is important to note that this process cannot be acheived with peel n seel envelopes.

The most economical option by far is a 1 colour PMS print single sided. However, if your budget allows, we can print full CMYK.Â
Using the flat sheet envelope printing technique, we can print on both sides of an envelope, including printing the inside and outside flaps of the envelopes to create truly unique branded items.
Boxes of custom printed envelopes come in 500's, with the minimum order quantity being 1000.
