What are pull up banners/retractable banners?
A Pull up banner or Retractable banner is a type of signage. Also known as roller banners, they are a large format print process directly onto a synthetic polypropylene stock, and they utilise a pole and base to make them a free standing item.
The banner skins are generally 2115mm x 850mm and only printed single sided, although smaller or larger sizes are available, and they can be printed double sided. The finished pull up banner size is 2000mm tall x 850mm wide.
The banner skins are double sided taped along the bottom onto a free standing, retractable tensioned base, whilst the top of the skin slides into a narrow aluminium rail.
A 2000mm tall, lightweight aluminium pole is inserted into a hole in the base, whilst the other end of the pole hooks into a small notch in the top rail, which is what keeps the banner retracted using tension.
Once finished with the pull up banner, they can be retracted down into the tensioned base and packed away into a convenient carry bag, which comes with every pull up banner purchase.

Yes, pull up banners weigh around 5kg. They retract neatly into their base and come with a convenient carry bag, making them very easy to transport.
Yes, all components including the printed skin, the base, the top clip, pole and carry bag are all included.
Generally around 1-2 working days for production and between 1-3 working days for delivery.
The packed size of a standard 850mm x 2000mm pull up banner is 900mm x 125mm x 125mm. The weight is 3.2kg.
We do not replace the printed banners on existing Pull Up Banner stands - we only supply new complete units. The reasons for this are:
1. The labour cost involved in removing the old banner and installing a new banner into the stand is expensive
2. A number of banner stands will be destroyed when trying to change over the banners
3. A number of banner stands are in very poor condition and not worth re-using
4. Our low cost for the complete new units makes it a better option than changing over banners on existing units
